Tamar Vintage Tractors - Allis Chalmers Model B

First registered in 1951 to a Mr Morley of St Buryan, this straight front axle Model B has spent its whole life around the Penzance and Hayle area of Cornwall.

Recently found stored in a barn we’ve just recommissioned it ready for a new custodian.

We have had a lot of B’s over the years, but what makes this one interesting is that it’s fitted with a proper 3-point linkage, Pto, Belt Pulley and Front Belly Weights.

The tractor starts well on the handle and we’ve had it running on TVO as well.

The engine is nice and responsive, and it drives well on the road.

It has been painted in the past, the bonnet is in good condition, there is some surface rust on the rear axle casting and seat bracket that could easily be tidied up.

The engine is free from any frost damage and the oil and water are in the correct places.

We do have an original buff logbook for it, which should aid in getting its original number back, NRL 176.

In all a nice small tractor ready for play!

Based in Tavistock, Devon.

Part exchanges are welcome. Nationwide delivery can be arranged.
