The David Brown 1412 was produced during the latter part of the 1970’s and became the ultimate example of British built power. 
 
With a turbo charged 4-cyclinder engine producing 91hp, it was considered a large tractor in its day. The 1412 has also become one of the rarer David Brown models in existence today.
 
This tractor features David Brown’s ‘Hydra Shift Gearbox’ which was the Powershift of today. This feature allows the operator to move up or down through 4 gears without using the clutch.
 
Overall, this tractor is in good condition with solid and straight tin work. The front grille is currently on order but will be fitted before sale, which will greatly improve the overall appearance.
 
The tractor drives very well, and the hydra shift gearbox works as it should. It also benefits from power-steering and a pick up hitch – it really is a lot of tractor for its money!
