Tamar Vintage Tractors - David Brown Cropmaster
 
This is an early petrol model, featuring the round front weight, unlike the square-front design found on later tractors.
 
The tractor has come from a local collection and had been parked up for several years. It has recently been recommissioned and is now running and driving well.
 
The tinwork is solid overall, though it does show some surface rust and pitting consistent with its age. It is fitted with the popular twin seat, as well as PTO and hydraulics.
 
The tractor benefits from electric start, fires up easily, and runs well.
 
As is common with many David Brown tractors of this era, the engine block has previously had a repair around the drain tap area.
 
The tyres are old but all hold air.
 
Overall, this is a nice little project for someone to enjoy.
