The Ford Ferguson 2N superseded 9N that was produced between 1939 and 1947- with the mutual effort of Harry Ferguson and Henry Ford, before they parted ways to produce their own models. The combination of Fords powerful, side valve engine and the Ferguson Hydraulic System made this model a huge success and there are many similarities between the 2N and the Grey Ferguson that followed it. 
 
This is a nice example of this early tractor, presented with a lovely, original patina.
 
It features a straight petrol engine and is believed to have come across from Canada in recent years.
 
It starts easily and runs very well, the PTO and Hydraulics are all working well too and it drives nicely .
 
The tinwork is in good condition throughout and would make a great addition to a collection!
