Ford Golden Jubilee
Tamar Vintage Tractors - Ford Golden Jubilee
Released in 1953 to celebrate Ford's 50th anniversary, the Golden Jubilee tractor proudly features the special Golden Jubilee emblem on the front. It marked the transition from the earlier 8N model and formed the new NAA series.
Slightly larger than the 8N, the Golden Jubilee includes several upgrades, such as live hydraulics, selectable position and draft control, and a 4-cylinder overhead valve petrol engine—replacing the side-valve engine used in the 8N.
This tractor starts easily, retaining its original 6V electrical system. The hydraulics and PTO are fully functional and it drives well on the road.
The tractor was restored in the USA some years ago by Robert Christianson and remains in good condition, though it would benefit from a little cosmetic tidying.
These models are rare to find in the UK and would make an excellent addition to any classic tractor collection.
This tractor has been part of our collection for several years and has been thoroughly enjoyed, but is - very reluctantly - available for sale!
