Fordson New Performance Super Dexta

This is a highly desirable late Fordson New Performance Super Dexta, featuring the Minimec injection pump and increased horsepower, giving 44hp.
 
The New Performance Super Dexta was introduced in April 1962 and ran until 1964, and this particular tractor is a 1964 model.
 
It can be best described as an older restoration, having been repainted a few years ago, during which time the engine was also rebuilt.
 
The tractor starts very well from cold and runs smoothly with minimal smoke, and there is no frost damage to the engine block or mixing of fluids.
 
The tinwork is straight, and the paint has a good shine. The tyres are in good condition, although the rears are showing some perishing between the tread. The hydraulics and brakes work well, and on the road, the tractor pulls strongly.
 
It comes with a current V5 and is ready to be enjoyed.
