International B450
Tamar Vintage Tractors - International B450
The International B450 was introduced in 1958 as a competitor to tractors such as the Fordson Major and various models from Nuffield Tractors.
It features a 4-cylinder indirect-injection diesel engine producing approximately 55 hp, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The B450 replaced the earlier International BWD6, offering significantly improved hydraulics and overall refinement.
The tractor starts easily from cold and runs very well. The steering and brakes are excellent, and it has a very good turn of speed.
The tinwork is solid throughout with no rust issues, and the engine block is free from frost damage. It also sits on an excellent set of tyres all round.
Overall, a straight and honest example ready to be enjoyed.
