International W6
Tamar Vintage Tractors - International W6
A very nice International W6 petrol/TVO tractor, believed to have come to the UK during the Second World War.
The tractor was restored some time ago and continues to present very well. It is fitted with four new tyres and has a particularly smart overall appearance.
This is a hand-start model, starting readily on the handle and running nicely with excellent oil pressure. The engine block is free from any frost damage.
The tinwork is very good, with no significant corrosion, and the paintwork remains in nice condition.
On the road, the W6 pulls well and has good brakes. It is also surprisingly lively, with plenty of speed available in fifth gear!
Supplied with a current V5.
Overall, a very presentable and usable International W6 with plenty of character and an interesting wartime history. A great tractor for rallies, shows or simply to enjoy on the road.
Based in Tavistock, Devon. Nationwide delivery can be arranged.
