A very straight example of the larger 4-cylinder, new-generation John Deeres built at the Mannheim factory.
 
This was a big tractor in its day, delivering a solid 60hp at the PTO.
It comes equipped with power steering, a 16-speed powershift gearbox, and a double-acting spool valve.
 
The tractor has recently been through the workshop, where it was fitted with a new starter motor and alternator. It starts instantly, runs very well, and features light, responsive power steering. The powershift gearbox works perfectly, it pulls strongly on the road, the brakes are solid, and the engine runs cleanly.
 
The tyres are likely original but still have plenty of tread remaining.
 
The tinwork is straight and clean, and it has recently been fitted with a new pair of wings.
 
This is a desirable little John Deere that’s ready for work or play!
