Here we have a stunning example of the Massey Ferguson 148, featuring the desirable 12-speed Multi-Power and a 3-cylinder Perkins diesel engine.
 
The MF148 is slightly larger than the popular MF135. It is built on a  longer frame which provides more room between the seat and the steering wheel, making it a particularly enjoyable tractor to drive.
 
The 148 was was built between 1972 and 1976 as part of the popular 100 series. 
 
This tractor has been restored to a high standard, with excellent paintwork and brand-new tyres all round.
 
It starts instantly from cold and drives faultlessly. The Multi-Power transmission engages sharply and operates as it should, while the tractor has an excellent turn of speed. The steering and brakes are also in excellent condition.
 
The MF148 has become increasingly sought after, and this is a truly outstanding example.
 
Please note that we do not currently have a V5C registration document for this tractor, although registration could be easily applied for. There is no VAT to be added to the list price.
