MF175 Multi-Power

Tamar Vintage Tractors - Massey Ferguson 175 Multi Power
 
A very nice example of this larger Massey Ferguson, which was restored around 10 years ago. It appears to have had very light use since then and holds an excellent shine. 
 
The tin work is in excellent condition and has a really good shine to it, the tyres are new and have done no work at all, on the rear are a pair of ‘Radial Cultor’ tyres, slightly oversize to standard, but they give the tractor a good presence. 
 
The Perkins A4 236 engine starts easily and pulls very well. It is fitted with the 12-speed multi-power gearbox, which works very well, engaging correctly and not slipping under load.
 
This tractor also benefits from power steering which makes it a real joy to drive, with a good turn of speed on the road. 
 
Being an early tractor, it fitted with dry disc brakes, which are working well. 
 
It is also fitted with a pick-up hitch and has a current V5 too.
